Custom Orders

We love custom orders and always welcome them. If you aren't finding exactly what you are looking for, get in touch with us to see what we can create for you.

For custom Apparel: our items are heat pressed by hand, they are NOT sublimated. There are limitations to both, vinyl has limited multicolour options, and intricate designs are also limited. We are not offering sublimation at this time.

We do not charge extra for custom requests, however if you add a double sided design (front & back) we add $5 for the extra side.

Large Apparel Orders

We carry a small quantity of apparel at all times, however we will happily accept bulk or large orders. We will need 6 weeks prior to the date needed to allow for us to receive all items required and to allow for shipping time.

Shipping Times

Please read our COVID19 mailing update here. At this time even local orders can take upward of 4-6 weeks. We ask that you have patience as this is all new territory for all of us. 

We do feel your frustration so we are offering Free Curb side Pick up & Local Delivery (Sudbury, ON) for only $5. Choose either option at check out to help get your items sooner.

Our ship out timeline can vary slightly if you order from our Apparel and Non apparel items in the same order. Due to COVID restrictions and our shop running from our homes, we have been limited on times we can exchange items to fulfill your orders. So please understand that our ship out by date may vary slightly. We always try to get your orders out the fastest as possible.

Custom Glassware

At this time we have stopped offering custom mugs and glassware. We always want to offer our customers the best products, we can to be able to offer this in the future again once we have a more sustainable product.
